Workplace and employment disputes need an independent and impartial intervention. Our facilitative mediation provides just that.

Mediation provides confidential and private space for two or more parties to discuss issues and find a mutually agreed way forward. This results in a solution unique to the individuals that works for them and their organisation, without the need for prolonged formal procedures that often result in ill feeling and dysfunctional working relationships. Mediation is provided at a competitive fee of £800 (excl. VAT) for two parties – this includes a preliminary meeting for the accredited mediator to meet the participants, review of any relevant papers and a 4–5-hour mediation session. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate. Discounts are applied for clients with an annual agreement in place. 

Our mediator is accredited and approved by the CMC regulatory authority.
