Team Building

Do you have a new team, or a team that does not quite function as well as it could? We can offer team building sessions with a purpose. Rather than just a day out of the office, this session will help the team to understand one another better; how they can operate and play to each other’s strengths; and help them to prepare for an important project or contract that lies ahead. Our team building sessions are proven to provide colleagues with insight into team strengths and foster better working relationships.

The workshop prepared the team for the Catalyst project interview by putting them into a similar situation as to what they would face on the day. This allowed them to work together in a different way to how they would be used to working. By doing this it showed the team each other’s strengths and weaknesses when dealing with problem solving scenarios. I believe that this was very beneficial for the Catalyst team as they were aware of the teams’ strengths and weaknesses in terms of typical working tasks. There was also time for feedback and peer assessments which allowed constructive criticism of how each team member went about their tasks, giving them things to improve on individually prior to the interview. The day was well structured, and the tasks were relevant. Should I ever be in the position where I need to go to a scenario-based interview to win work, I will definitely recommend a workshop similar to this in preparation.
